There is no cost to use a mortgage broker, except in the most extreme cases, such as if you have very poor credit or have previously been bankrupt. Otherwise, my service is entirely free for you, from start to finish.

What’s the difference between a mortgage broker and a bank?

Mortgage brokers are independent from any bank or lender. They work directly for you throughout the whole process and provide a range of lender options (over 20 in this case), unlike a bank, which only offers its own mortgage products.
